As is illustrated in the cartoon, two young persons are reacting differently although they are reading the same book. The left person is crying at the book，whose cover is showing the tragic life, while the right one is laughing at the same one, whose cover is writing the comic life.
Without any doubt, the purpose of the cartoon is to show us that we should keep optimistic toward our life. First and foremost, it is universally held that life is by no means perfect and in the course of life we are bound to encounter different experiences and appreciate various perspectives. Only when we are keen to widen our horizon and adjust ourselves in good state of mind can we achieve great pleasure and success. In order to lead a happy life, we should tackle the obstacles in a positive way rather than in a negative one. In the second place, according to some research findings, a positive attitude does good to our life which will assist us in solving the tough issues.
From what has been argued above, we may reasonably arrive at the conclusion that we should embrace positive attitudes and behave confidently. Only in this way can we crack down the difficulties confronting us successfully and lead a happy life.
