Position: broker

Position responsibilities

The broker is expected to play a vital role in the daily chartering work of the office including (but not limited to):
•       Assisting senior brokers with chartering and operations
•       Ensuring upmost team work and client satisfaction
•       Execution of commercial strategies
•       Have an eye for the market (stay in the market) including analyzing market trends to be able to guide clients
•       Service clients
•       To build, manage and maintain effective relationships with external and internal clients
•       Make fixtures independently or jointly
•       Develop and maintain contacts with ship owners, charterers, brokers to gain market information.
•       Negotiate deals with brokers and companies on behalf of the client or company to secure best possible terms.


Qualifications /skill set

•       Can write and speak very good English
•       Strong skills in negotiation, decision making, presentation
•       Ability to expand new business opportunities
•       Strong communicator

职位描述：
1 负责干散货船舶的租赁与合同的洽谈，代表船东或者租家利益订立租约合同
2 监督执行租船合同的履行
3 新老客户的开发与维护
4 为船东，租家和货主提供专业满意的服务
5 为客户决策判断提供相应的市场分析参考
6 与客户，同事和其他经纪人保持良好的合作与沟通



职位要求：
1. 本科以上学历
2. CET6以上，熟练的英语读写能力和流利的日常口语交流；
3. 有本行工作经验者,或者具有两年以上国际贸易、物流或相关行业工作经验者优先；
4. 有独立开拓业务的能力，吃苦耐劳，有事业心；
5. 具有良好的语言表达能力和沟通技巧，有责任心；
6. 工作积极投入，性格开朗，具有团队合作精神，能承受一定的工作压力；
